The Intel chips are "multiplier" locked. This means that the multiplier cannot be changed no matter what ( or so we think so far... no solution has been found that can unlock an intel CPU). The way that they calculate the mhz, is they multiply the Front Side Bus times the multipilier, and you will then get a "mhz" number. In this instance, the multiplier is 7X, and the FSB is 100, therefore you will have a 700 mhz processor. Since you can only change the FSB on an Intel CPU, you can usually get up to 133 on a 700mhz cpu. That will give you 133X7, 933mhz.
