what exactly is it in milk that make people grow taller? ive always heard drinking milk helps you grow, but why? is it the calcium? vitamin d? i drink plenty of calcium enriched orange juice, will that replace milk?

i hate drinking milk, and i rarely drink it, but i dont want to be short. so what exactly is it in milk that helps your growth height-wise? are there substitutes. perhaps its what they call the growth hormone "rBST".

anyone care to shed some light on this mystery i have pondered upon for years?

Calcium strenghtens bones which, as I have been told, can increase bone length.

*Note: I said bone not boner.

It is all the artificial hormones, steroids, and antibiotics pumped into milk cows that make it into milk.

Think about it dude you are drinking a substance that nature NEVER meant for human consumption!

I hope that's low fat or skim milk

I only drink Skim - Whole milk is just too thick, it's not very conducive to drinking it out of the jug 😉
