Interesting! Thanks for the links. Especially enjoyed Ralfy's review of Gentleman Jack. Sounds like the distinctions between JD and bourbon, aside from being made one state over, are fairly subtle. But when I was growing up in Indiana we thought of "Sour Mash" and "Bourbon" as interchangeable. Nice to know the difference.
