Every copy of windows will install and auto execute this program whenever Windows is loaded.

Today I updated Windows ME(auto update) and now each time I enter Windows it pops up a windows(dialogue box) says "Application program is already executed" The title bar of the window is "Indicator"

When I disable internat.exe this box disappears.

What's happening to my machine?

(I'm using Chinese Windows and the words are translation)

That's the Internationalization module that allows input in various languages.

You can't really disable it....you need it for switching between inputs (ie English and Chinese) and even if you did turn it off, it will always come back whenever you open an Explorer (both desktop and Internet Explorer) Window.
