what is hidserve, systray, loadpowerprofile that loads on startup in win98se? can I disable them?

Hidserv is for usb devices "Human interface device service"

systray is the part of the taskbar where the clock and icons for startup programs sit

loadpowerprofile is for your energy saving settings, turn off monitor after xxx minutes, spin down hard drive after xxx minutes


They are pretty standard for most installs of windows, probably best to leave them running.
