building computer for friend, NOT a gamer, not SLI or crossfire.
What's a good cheap (if those two aren't mutually exclusive) video card? Will be a Intel820 cpu, intel 945mobo, 1 gb RAM.
Want Nvidia chipset, not ATI.
He will be doing some limited video editing, but pretty limited. Pretty much just transfer from camcorder to DVD.
Would 128 mb suffice? or 256? Looking probably at eVGA cards, don't know why really, except they're fairly inexpensive. I read somewhere that eVGA are better than BFG?
The under $70 ones seem to have heatsink only, no fan. And, $70-$100 the fans look pretty "cheap" (I know, what did I expect).
Anyways, any recommendations are appreciated.
