What is frys return policy for CPUs? OEM and retail?

Not a direct answer, but I bought a combo with an OEM (non-boxed) processor. A year later, I was transplanting it into another computer and broke a pin. On a long shot, I tried to get a RMA at AMDs website, and the processor showed up as a "boxed" 3 year warranty! So, if all else fails, you might be able to RMA.

But I don't know Fry's return policy. The nearest Frys is 150 miles from me, so I only go a few times a year...
