what is "fleavius" in my program manager?

i have this "fleavius" in my program manager and i have absolutely no idea what it is. closing it doesn't seem to have any effect as well.

anyway along with that i usually have explorer, systray and hotsync in the program manager.

anyone has any idea? thanks!

Search for 'fleavius' and you'll find it most of the way down the page. Looks like it may have something to do with a networking app.
