What the heck are they doing??? Its supposed to go to Wesley Chapel, FL! Not back to TX! Why the hell they sent it to FT Lauderdale anyway. Should of sent it to Tallahassee and then Tampa, I know they got a hub there. Arrghh, this happen to anyone before? Watch it go back to CA!!!! This was fedex 3 day too, if it takes more than 3 days they should credit some of the shipping! 🙁

If this happened to me and it was UPS, I'd get the hub phone # and tell them to send it to the PROPER destination. With Overnight services stickers on it. Call the 800 number and raise hell.

Oh believe me I am, but the last time I had a problem, they told me the shipper has to deal with it! Argh!

Call 'em and complain if it takes too long, make sure you talk to a manager or something....:-\ good luck man! save the convo too if you do raise 4377

It seems like the package fell into the wrong truck. The driver realized "Hey, this is in the wrong truck", so he sent it back to where he got it.

ya newegg, whoa, how did you know that? 😉

Wesley Chapel is 18 miles North of Tampa. Used to live in Tampa but moved.

Really pisses me off too cause it was such a large order they shipped it in 3 different boxes. All 3 went to Texas! One of the boxes was a $300 19" monitor! Watch it come all broken. 🙁

city of industry is where newegg is located. i'm sure theres other stuff there too but knowing this place newegg is a good guess.

you think that's bad? they send stuff from city of industry down to LA, then right back up to oakland before then send to anywhere in the east bay area. the two cities are 15 minutes apart by truck.

actually, I think its worse when the delivery is thousands of miles apart!! Not like I can knock on their door and pick it up. 🙁

lol.. looks like your package is on a little adventure.. i hope you get your computer parts safe and sound =P

city of industry + fedex = prolly newegg

yeah call em up....see what's up..and complain a bit..don't lose ur cool though...

Probably whoever sorted it sent it down the wrong belt and whoever scanned it loaded it in the wrong truck. It required mass apathy for a package to get missorted.

You think that's bad. I once sent a package UPS ground that kept getting sent back and forth between Chicago and LA. (the same two hubs) It took almost a MONTH for that package to arrive. There were at least 2-3 full round trips between Chicago and LA. Yes, we talked to UPS after the first week and it took them three weeks to straighten it out. Obviously the tracking number was being scanned at each location so I have no idea why they couldn't straighten it out sooner. It seems like their system would be designed to tag a tracking number with an alert so that the next time it gets scanned it'll be pulled out of the mass processing and handled manually.

Yes, like some of the others have indicated, get on the phone and give them a call. Also, remember that all of the tracking results are not displayed on-line. Usually, talking to FedEx, UPS, etc. will prove additional details exist in the shipping process that you can't see through your tracking results.

Good luck! Seems like your package is going on quite a journey. I just hope you were not ordering gerbils. :Q :Q

I had a package Leave out of Shreveport, Louisiana on Dec 4 and it is now sitting in Memphis, TN. I find this strange b/c I live in Baton Rouge....

It's all good! Luckily, Santa delivered three big packages next day! They scanned it in wrong and thats why it was showing up TX twice. Gonna be a sweet system, too bad its not for me. 🙂
