What is faster, GPU or PS3 for folding?

I have no idea but from what I've gathered, a GPU is faster for folding and will yeild more points than using a PS3. Are there any articles comparing the two? The PS3 isn't exactly cheap and I'd think that using multiple GPUs would yeild better results than using multiple PS3s.

I think the standard GPU will get ~600 points per day and the PS3 will get ~900.

The GPU does a bit better GFLOPS and so a bit more science though.

The new soon coming GPU client may get a bunch better points on current GPUs!

Somebody correct me if I am wrong here.

will they be making a GPU app for nvidia based cards or? i think i read something somewhere that said it was only for ATI based cards but i forget now.

Doubt it.

They say programming for Nvidia cards is too difficult.
