What is faster/better?

Looking to "upgrade" an old system for my daughter who mostly plays low end PC games and a few other online games (ala Disney Channel free games, etc.) If I had the choice between these two processors what would you pick??

Socket 370 Pentium 3 700MHz, 100fsb, 256k cache

OR

Socket 370 Celeron 950, 100fsb, 128k cache
 
The P3 I think....the added cache I believe will be better, plus I think the L1 cache is also less in the celeron....Celeries are usually junk now, but back in those days they may have been closer....The old celeron 300a's when OC'd to 450mhz were damn nice and comparative so maybe I am wrong here....
