My previous favorite case was the Antec 900, it had incredible cooling and it looked great. My new favorite is the Antec GX500.

I just got this Jonsbo W2 ATX Aluminum Case a few days ago. It uses a dual chamber style similar to the Corasir Air 240, but the W2 can fit full size ATX motherboards, 280mm from AIO coolers, and even an optical drive.

They also make a windowed version, but I like this minimalistic look better. 😎

The W2 case is very elegant looking. Is newegg selling these or did you have to buy a pallet of them from alibaba? Where does the optical drive fit?

Please post some pics after you complete your build and tell us if it is still your fav.

Rosewill -- via Newegg -- carries the Jonsbo cases, but not the W2BK

It's actually pretty hard for me to pick one favorite case, but I will say the first one that came to mind is the InWin Tou:

I think their 904 is beautiful too:

A lot of InWin's high-end cases are really nice looking. Corsair makes great looking cases as well. My personal favorite of theirs is the 760T.

You keep posting that nerd porn and i am going to have to go afk for a bit. ()🙂 That Win tou case is absolutely the sexiest thing i have ever seen as far as a case goes.

InWin has some of the nicest eye candy on the market, My personal is big full size server cases. Easy access, Antec

I run bare bones no case right now. I do have an old trunk I'm gonna convert into a case I will be posting it here soon.

Yes -- server cases, as Philly Cheese says.

This makes me wistful -- tearful -- about my 2007 project.

I always throw in a picture of that project on this forum when this topic comes up. And now I think I should feed WGusler some pictures of my duct-boxes for the same project.

The sad thing that underscores this: I gave the "Chrome Window" project to my brother in 2011. It just seemed too big for my room, and I should have instead prepared it for a custom-water project.

And my brother and I are now "estranged" for totally unrelated reasons.

Anyway, I was poking around and discovered some pictures I'd made of the project that I'd never posted or shared before.

the project used a 1995 Compaq ProLiant Server case. I had to tap new threaded holes in the motherboard pan to make it ATX-compatible. Anyway, I now wonder why I even gave it to my brother -- regardless of our . . . current disagreement . . .
