Use their web page form to get help. They do not accept customer direct emails. Yes, they hate customers and don't want to answer you, but have no problem collecting the $$.

I know.. I used to be able to contact them by emailing support@ebay.com. They have since changed it and it was a PITA to find on their site. I don't think they want you contacting them.
