It will not let me copy files to the DVD drive, says the drive is full or not enough room when I have tried to copy files to either the Floppy drive or the DVD Drive.

I can copy to flash drive no problem.

Thought I read I needed to copy files to DVD as part of install of my new build, but having trouble.

Any ideas?😱

What files did you need to copy, and to install what?

Just put in a blank DVD, select "open writable folder," drag and drop files, select "write these files to disc."

i am in XP Home..

Cannot find option "open writable folder"

don't have winrar.. downloaded free version more than 40 days ago.. never really used..
so.. not an option

With 2 DVD drives on Sony VAIO computer.. how the heck do i make it possible to copy to the dvd?

You know you're supposed to use disk writing software, right? From your questions it sounds like you're trying to copy/paste onto the disk....
