It all depends on the job description. A lot of 100% commission sales jobs are no salary and are a draw against your commissions. It is a game really where you decide how much each month you will draw against potential commissions to live on until your deals close and then the company will keep what you drew out of your commissions. If you sell a lot then you will still get some commissions back, if not then you are in the hole and have to sell more to get out of the hole or adjust your draw down to even the scales. Some people who are gifted sales people love it because you totally decide your own future.
