What is difference between ati radeon and radeon VIVO?

The VIVO models have video in and video out features, allowing for video capture and tv out. The Radeon ships with the same Rage THeatre chip as the Rage128. so, it would be similar in video capabilities to the Rage Fury VIVO currently available.
