my MIS professor assigned an introductory hw that requires you to search the net extensively as your resource by answering most random questions. One of the question is 'find a recipe for couscous'

what the heck is it? more importantly which culture did it originate from?

couscous is a grain, simliar to rice, but a little different, I don't remember where it originated from.

it shouldn't be too hard to find a recipe
