i was reading Onvia's return policy and didn't quite grasp it so i gave the place a call. the person was irritable when i asked him if an Antec SX830 was considered under their warrantee and internal or external component(internal only has a 14 day warantee, external has a 30 day) and he gave one of those "how should i know" answers :| so has anyone here had any experience returning a case to onvia? thanks :)

oh, and what about a hard drive?

I was under the impression that any INTERNAL device was one that is mounted INSIDE of your computer, and an EXTERNAL device was one that is connected to your computer, or outside of it

Hmmm....interesting ? concerning the designation of a case. I mean it is neither internal nor external to itself.

That's a case and not a PSU? oops  I dunno about that, I would say external, since you don't 'need' it to have a working computer.
