What is causing this?

I turned on my computer this morning and it showed this green screen. it kept blinking. I thought it was my gtx 580 matrix but i put in TWO different gtx 460 cyclones and the same thing.

could it be my cpu? I really don't know. I put the cpu into another motherboard and the same thing. Any help would be great. Thanks!

I would ask for more info about your system.but you say it's doing the same thing in another Mobo.but one question are you using the same monitor?????

You guys rock. It was my dvi cable. Switched it out and everything is back to normal!
