What is causing this 404 server error code

Not exactly sure if this is the correct category for this, so move if needed.

Why is it that when opening the following (Dell ???) website and then clicking on any of the sub-links, that I get a 404 server error code message - see Not Found error message below ? And who is responsible for fixing this problem ? I have contacted Dell, Google, and the company mentioned in the error message, all to no avail.

Looks like they misconfigured their tracking or referral links or something

The actual URL that fails is

Ghostery blocks for me. But if I just go to the Dell website it works fine. Must be some tracking info buried in your first link.

First, let me tell you that 404 Not Found and 404 error message is a Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) standard response code. The HTTP 404 Not Found error means that the webpage you were trying to reach could not be found on the server this is seen because many time a web page is removed or moved and the URL was not changed accordingly or that you typed in the URL incorrectly.

Yes, that is exactly what I have been trying to convince DELL of to no avail.
