Open up regedit and go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced and change "ShowSuperHidden" from 0 to 1. This will show system files. So I was looking around at the system files and I find C:\System Volume Information\tracking.log. I'm curious as to what it's for, anyone know?

isn't that the place where the main volume is tracked for restore point information?
