What is Boba and where might I get it?

Been hearing about it, seems like it's some kind of tea. Where might a person try this in Houston?

doesn't always have to be tea...it could be flavored to...like strawberry or honeydew.

sooooo good. It's more commonly called Bubble Tea tho (at least around here)...and i so want one right now. yummy.
