What is blog?

I just heard about it on TheScreenSavers and checked out http://sarahlane.com/ and a few other blog sites. I really like the layouts...

What is it? Where do I get it? Where can I learn to use it?

i guess you could think of it as the blog owners are making their own websites.

the advantage for them, is that they are all in a community to fufill their voyueristic sides.

There are some visually stunning ones out there; certainly worth looking at for inspiration even for a non-blog site.

The eatonweb portal is a great directory of online blogs and journals and you'll find more variety in design going through a listing like that than you would sifting through a bloghost, which would have a lot of similar designs and templates.
