geforce 2 go or the radeon one?
anyone have any benchmarks ???

In order of performance...

1. ATi Radeon 7500 Mobility
2. nVidia GeForce 2 Go.
3. ATi Radeon Mobility.

nVidia also has a new mobile GPU in the works, though it will likely be awhile beforw you actually see it available in any laptops.
