What is best way to add updates for reinstalls with usb drive?

Hi I want to keep at minimal an install with all the updates for Window 10 Pro and Home so I can use them for advanced install where I wont need to keep redoing updates.
 
Get the latest ISO and during the installation tell it to get the latest updates and you will minimize the post installation updating.

You mean can get higher versions ISO as there released?
I just have RTM can you link the higher ISO versions for me ty.
