What is Best Buy's interview process? Just applied online and scheduled a callback time for interview

Applied for retail sales in computer dept. Hopefully I can get into the tech support dept instead. Applied for it online for mostly weekend Fri/sat/sun. Could use a second part time job to help with the bills. Doing part time CSR work right now.

Is BB's hiring process like Staples (crosses fingers and hopes god h3ll no!!)?? How's the pay, benefits, and hours for those who've worked at BB before?

In the bay area its minimum 11.25 an hour, if you sell it is more like 13.00
