What is BB return policy?

I've got a printer my friend bought like 20 days ago that he needs to return, I told him I'd take care of it but the problem is, my firend doesn't have his reciept. Does BB accept returns with out reciept?

they may give store credit, but not cash.

if he paid with a credit card, they can look up the transaction if he gives them the card.

You can't return anything.

Maybe store credit or an exchange. I don't think bestbuy does returns without receipts though. In any case, he's past the 14 days that BB gives people on returns.

I thought it was a 30day return policy.....?

it differs. games/media is no refund, only exchange for exact thing. cameras, laptops and monitors(among other various pc acessories) have 14 days.

other stuff is 30 days.

i think printers fall under 14 days

I think there's a restocking fee too..but I'm not sure how it applies to Printers if ink has been used..
