What is "ATA6" in hard drives????

Maybe I missed something but what is meant by ATA6? Is it a hard drive type that can go in a regular pc, or is this a new thing like sata? Will a drive labeled ATA6 work/install like any 3.5 hard drive?

I *think* it just represents max transfer rate or something, but I'm not 100% sure.

ATA6 is up to 133 MB/sec you can find the meanings for these terms in the Wikipedia and via Google. He helps those who help themselves...
