Same, but I also use Xubuntu.Xfce on Debian.
Don't forget Manjaro, as Xfce is their flagship DE.For systems with less ram, Xfce and only Xubuntu because it seems more polished as it was designed around Xfce instead of a distro with it slapped on. Lxde if I must but overall Mate is my guy.
I'm a big fan of Cinnamon.

Agreed. It's the first thing I install on any new system. From time to time I try new things, but I always keep coming back to Cinnamon.I'm a big fan of Cinnamon.

What about LXDE? I have it on my laptop and it feels as clean as Xfce does.
I did try LXQT on my laptop and didn't like it, so I end liking LXDE better. That said Xfce is my main DE.I like LXDE a lot myself, but I have read the upcoming replacement for LXDE called LXQt uses about as much resources as Xfce.
Why choose LXQt over Xfce?

Manjaro the distro I use, is being ported to the ARM based Pinebook Pro when it is released by www.Pine64.org Which is why I was looking at LXQT to begin with.
It does use less resources then Xfce does. Personally I rather have Xfce itself, or even the Trinity Desktop Environment instead.Oh yeah, I see Manjaro ARM has KDE and LXQt:

So LXQt is replacing Xfce as the lightweight DE when Manjaro is on ARM? (See this is the part that is confusing me. Why LXQt over Xfce?)
