did you mean ACPI(Advanced Configuration and Power Interface)? this features "enables the operating system to control the amount of power given to each device attached to the computer, and to turn off peripheral devices currently not in use." leave the setting to whatever the bios leaves as the optimal bios setting for this.

No, I mean APIC. That's what it says, and the option is enable or disable.

APIC(Advanced Programmable Interrupt Controller) assigns interrupt signals to a specific processor on Multi-Processor system. It provides additional IRQs beyond conventional 16 IRQs under Windows 2000 or XP. You MUST enable APIC option and then reinstall OS if you want to achieve the benefit of APIC function under Windows 2000 or XP. (Note: Do no change the APIC option, no matter enable or disable it, after successfully installed the Windows system, otherwise it may cause system abnormal or crashed.) This info. was taken from abits faqs for the TH7II.

If you have problems getting the OS to load or devices to work turn it on, otherwise dont mess with it if you have a working OS loadout.

It's worth enabling and re-installing. Not only does it give you MANY more IRQ's (and hence less chance of conflicts) but also, the way it handles IRQ's is much muhc *MUCH* better, smoother, faster and more stable. Most people can literally tell the difference after enabling this option. Windows itself is much quicker and snappier.

It is a no brainer to enable this option, and feel fortunate that you even HAVE the option, as usually it only comes on dual CPU motherboards. I can't emphasize enough how incredible it is... I will never buy another motherboard that doesn't have it. Just remember, like was said... enable and then reinstall entire system. You will have to decide for yourself if it's worth it, but unless you just have to much precious stuff, go for it... the payoff is huge IMO.
