what is an ideal temperature for a non OC'd CPU?

I have a dual processor p3 750's.. and i was just wondering what is a good temperature it should be around...

cause when i have all the fans off its at about.. 90 degrees F... and when its on at about.. mid 70's

so i was wondering if 90's is ok..

90 is a nice low temp, but please try to talk in celcius, thats how everyone else does. 60°C is a temp where you have to start worrying, but you are well under that
