What is an AMD k6-2 475 afr

I think it gives you information about the CPU's core frequency, maximum temperature and fsb frequency, so AFR should translate to 2.2V, 70-80°C (not sure) and 95MHz...I'm not sure though. For detailed information look at the K6-2 processor data sheet which you can find at AMD's webpage.

The three-letter suffix is form factor, voltage, temperature.

A is standard CPGA flip-chip socket-7 (B would be notebook BGA)
F is 2.2V (H is 2.4, C is 2.0, and many more)
R is 70°C (X is 65, Q is 60, K is 80, Z is 90, ...)

In other words, an AMDK6-2/475-AFR is just your average K6-2/475 intended for use in "normal" desktop computing. A little basic math lets you find that for running it at 475 MHz, you'll have to run the board at 95 MHz and set the K6-2 to 5.0x multiplier.
