What is AGP Read Synchronization?

I?m setting the BIOS for my new MSI motherboard and it has a setting for AGP Read Synchronization (Enable, Disable). What is it for and what do you recommend I set it at?

Also, should I set the AGP Apeture Size to 64 or 256mb?
