What is "ACPI IRQ Holder for PCI Steering" error code 22?

Have "random" lockups on MSI K7T Pro with this message on "system tools" "system information" "components" "problem devices". Any help would be appreciated.

BTW, I reduced the frequency of the lockups when I removed the SB Live Value card.

This behavior can occur if you change hardware in your computer and the IRQ holder is no longer required. IRQ holders for PCI steering are listed with error code 22 when they are not in use. Although IRQ holders for PCI steering that are not in use are not displayed in Device Manager, the System Information tool displays them.
