Thi has been popping up in my task manager every so often and I cant find anything on google about it?? It uses about 4000k ram and things seem slower on the web when it is runing( could be a coincidence tho)
 
FalcX - the link expired. Out of curiosity, what were the results from VirusTotal? Also, where is/was the file located on your computer.
 
It showed up under AVG as a Worm/Generic.BYG and it was in the C:/Program Files/Uninstall folder
I had to enable to display sytem files and all to be able to see it . It was also linked with another file svchost.exe in c:/windows/inf
 
Well, I assume you have deleted the file (or AVG has either deleted it or quarantined it), so it sounds like the problem has been solved.
