What is a .vxd file?

I left my upload on by accident for my clan to get 1.4 for counter strike and somewhere along the lines of 40 people had access. Some people put some mp3's on there and now i see a vxd thats kinda big, is this a virus?

VXD files are Virtual Device Drivers. Its the old Windows 95/98/Me driver model. Its not a virus.
