What is a reliable website to by new, unlocked phones?

For example, a new Samsung Galaxy S4, or S5 (I am looking for ones compatible with Verizon). I have looked around on the web and the websites seem a bit shady. I am not sure if ebay is reliable either.

Any suggestions?

I'd stick with expansys-usa.com as well. They're a little pricey but reliable. For Verizon-compatible phones you can use eBay, as Verizon phones come LTE-unlocked anyway, but I wouldn't use them to buy actual unlocked phones unless you really know what you're doing, and are willing to deal with the sellers who buy carrier phones, unlock them in a factory, and then sell them as "factory unlocked."
