what is a NDIS windows protection error?

i get this error when i overclock my p4 1.8a too far. (118fsb/157memory)
what is it?
overvolting doesnt help.
my system overclocked higher (fsb wise) with my old 1.5 cpu. (126fsb/168memory)

anyone know?
