What is a MSI RX1500?

i found this video card while cleaning up my room. it's pcie but nothing to let me know what it is.
there's a sticker on the back that says 'RX1500 -td128eh' and the heat shield has msi stamped on it.

google has failed me.

where in the video card hierachy does it fall?

how much worse is it than my backup card, Radeon 4550?

yes. i found that via google, but still have no idea where in the ATI family it is.

X1550 is the closest I could find with a review. Looks to be very, very slow.
