What is a good widescreen t.v.?

I want to buy a widescreen t.v., between 27-35 inches. HDTV ready would be nice, but I don't want to pay a lot. I just want to play video games in widescreen.

Any suggestions?

I got a panasonic 60'' lcd projection <3 it.

I recommend you get dlp or lcd projection. dlp looks little bit better but has a moving color wheel anything moving mechanically obviously is gonna brake one day. lcd projection the only thing that can go wrong with it is the light bulb can go out and you can replace them urself this is why i went with lcd projection + cheaper - little quality.

Best Buy (I know, the horror) occasionally has sales on their in-house brand of LCD TVs. They actually look really good.

Go to CC, Get a 70" Hitachi high-def job. We've got one on display (with the matching stand), it is truly the most desireable TV I have ever seen.

Check out Sanyo or Phillips 30" widescreen HDTV at Walmart. Cheap and probably overkill for your need.
