What is a 'good' wage in Lahore, Punjab in Pakistan?

I'm paying someone $300 to do some website development from Lahore, Punjab in
Pakistan.

It should take him/her about 3 weeks.

Is $300 a decent amount for that part of the world?

It is a VERY complex site--major edits/mods to vBulletin.

I don't know for sure but based upon the time I see he working on the site, I would say he is earing about $7-$9/hour.

Most people won't even attempt the modifications I am requesting.
