What is a good PSU

400W or more from Fortron, Enermax, Antec, Seasonic.

My Antec 430 exploded in my face a couple of months ago so I don't rate them. Fortron is excellent though, as is PCP&C.

I have had bad luck with Enermax personally. Antecs have treated my the best. I had a cap blow on an Enermax when I was rebuilding an older pc. Sounded like a gun shot. My ears were seriously ringing for quite some time. Then again, I have also seen a 3 week old Sony Trinitron monitor, let the smoke out.

One thing to do is look up some of the reviews on line.
