What is a good program to burn a bin/cue file?

Nero will do it (File->burn image, then point it to the .cue file), CDRWin was the original proggie for it i believe

You could use the following programs and burn it to CD with any burning software.

Binchunker
ISObuster

Convert it to ISO with Binchunker then use ISObuster to extract everything to your HD. Burn the files to CD.

CDRWin was the original one. that is correct.

Be aware that Nero does not catch all the mistakes in cue files. Sometimes the Cue file points to a specific directory instead of the correct placement. If you move the image around to another directory, you get a nice coaster. Not sure if they fixed this yet.
