what is a good memory tester

hey guys, I need to find out if my problems are memory or hard drive based, I have swapped out the memory with known good stick, but I would like to be sure, do you know of any good memory testers?
 
Just a week or so ago I called Crucial with concerns regarding memory. I also called over to Mushkin. They both recommended docmemory. Another Crucial recommended was Memtest86. Both have free versions available.
