what is a good mailing list service?

I was using Bcentral but they suck. I am close to going with mailermailer.com but they still aren't all I want.

I want to be able to send email to my clients based on categories I assign them.

I don't want software, I want a service, that will store my email templates, mange subscribers. allow me to sort in variuous ways, etc.

I need to send out newsletters to about 400 people, these people fall into different categories.

in this case it's for financial info.
so we'd have categories like personal/business, S-corp C corp, payrol taxes, annual reports. etc.

I can select, all S corps that have us handle their payroll taces and send a message only to them.

why don't you make a group in outlook or outlook express? you could make a group for each group that you have...

ssevices such a mailer mailer, track email responses, who clicked on what in t your email, who gets their messages bounced etc. It really makes it easier.
