What is a good, low cost (sub $150) upgrade for me?

Right now I'm running a socket 939 x2 3800, 2gig DDR400, and an ATi X800XL PCI-E video card. I was wondering what the best bang for my buck is going to be as far as upgrading my video card for around $150 or less. I use a 19" widescreen LCD (Viewsonic VA1930wm) so I will stick to 1440x900 (or 1280x1024 for games that don't support widescreen resolutions). Is there anything worth pulling the trigger on now, or should I just hold out for better mid-range solutions?

Can't really say if you should upgrade or not, but the best card for around $150 right now is the x1950xt.

x1950xt, saphire, 150$ at newegg, grab one while it's hot !!!

That thing will make you a happy gamer in most games, even at that resolution. I personaly went for the 8800gts, since I need dx10 anyways before the next generation dx10 cards come out, and figured I might as well spend 80-90$ extra for a good dx10 card, then get a x1950xt, but if you don't care to much about dx10, and really can't or don't want to spend more then 150$, then the x1950xt is your best bet.
