What is a good heatsink+fan+peltzier assembly?

Any suggestions? I need something better than a goldenorb. Don't get me
wrong. The goldenorb is great heatsink+fan for the money, and does an
adequate job, but I need a heatsink+fan+peltzier(excuse the spelling) combo
to keep my CPU temps cooler than the goldenrob for a more successful and
higher overclocking potential.

Is that an "all in one" assembly? Like the heatsink, fan and peltier are all attached together?

Keep in mind that getting a peltier takes a lot more work than a golden orb.

You have to take much precaution to prevent condensation. I involves silicone coats, dielectric grease and patience.

As for peltiers I would go with Swiftech. Not only are the best in terms of quality they are great performers. Also when you hear about people with condenation woes I have never heard one involving a swiftech setup. Only negative is that they are more expensive- but I think the extra $$ is well worth it.

I'm trying to overclock a 533a to 900mhz. Its currently on 800mhz with the goldenorb. I can get it to post at 110mhz FSB=880 mhz, but after a couple of minutes I would get a blue screen of death.

If cooling and overclocking is mentioned in one breath there can be only one solution:
Alpha

Unless you aren't a real freak, you shouldn't turn to Peltier or Water-cooling solutions.
I agree with jzodda that the efford may be not worth the result compared to "standard" Alpha-Cooling...

Eh, I almost forgot: The Alphas of the new series are cooling better than the gorb ;)

gmlasam, you want a Peltier/alpha combo. You can buy them in kits and make them yourself, or you can buy a pre-made one. There are alphas for sockets and alphas for slotkets, amke sure you get the right one. I bought a peltier already assembled from this place:

pretestedcpus.com

He uses some good 72 watt pelts and alpha heatsinks, I own one of his Peltiers and so does my friend, no condensation problems at all. He even cuts away at the alpha so it doesn't block your ram dimm slots.
