What is a Good Graphics card for $200?

There is nothing at the $200 price point that comes with a top price performance. There are some good deals, but nothing tops the 145$ HD6870, which performs withing spitting distance of a $180 gtx560ti (it's worse if you don't like rebates - 160$ for the 6870 vs 210$ for the gtx560ti).

So yeah, get the hd6870. Anything more expensive will barely get you any extra performance.
 
I agree for the most part. I like Nvidia better myself but, the 6870's have been in the $140-150AR range many times now. Just keep a look out on deals.

This is the wrong time to buy a video card anyways. With the new series coming out, you will see prices drop on current models.
