What is a good expense percentage for a mutual fund?

Question in the title. The lowest expense percentage that my company's funds offer is 1.81% which seems awfully high.

Vanguard has many options that are in the .2%-.5% range. That's what I try and shoot for. Although if you are limited to options provided by your employer you are pretty much screwed.
