I don't specifically know what you're asking, but if you're looking for a recent movie with some great shots, try "Panic Room". Although I thought the movie sucked, some of the shots are mesmerizing.

SCRATCH

OMFG it has the BEST use of camera angles EVER.
On disc 2 there's a scratching tutorial with DJ Q-Bert, and it has 5 camera angles of him and the turntable, as well as 3 audio tracks - beats, scratching, and both.
It's SO awesome.

One of the Pixar films (A Bug's Life?) used multi-angle on one of its bonus discs to allow the viewer to switch between various stages of production (storyboard, layout, render, shading) in a single scene.

I imagine multi-angle is really a feature which will only be exploited by non-porn movies as they become more savvy about archiving and mastering content for DVDs.
